Almost 20 years.
No templates.
No fluff.
Hi, I'm Vlad Sand. I help businesses understand why their site is not performing and what it actually takes to fix it. Strategy, clarity, and real SEO backed by nearly two decades of hands-on work.

Who I work with
I work with people who are serious about SEO and ready to move beyond generic advice.
Business Owners and Executives
You are running a business that depends on organic traffic. You have tried things, spent money, and still cannot get a clear answer on why growth has stalled.
Marketing Managers and Teams
You run the marketing side and need an SEO perspective that integrates with the bigger picture. You want someone who speaks business, not just technical jargon.
Publishers and Content Sites
You run a site that lives or dies by organic traffic. Algorithm updates hit you hard and you need someone who has managed sites at serious traffic scale.
E-commerce and Enterprise Sites
Large sites with complex architecture, crawl budget issues, and technical debt that nobody on the team can fully untangle.
The situations I get called into
These are the moments when people realize they need more than a checklist.
Traffic is flat or dropping and no best practice fix has moved the needle. Something is broken and nobody on the team can pinpoint it.
They need someone to think through the problem with them. Not another 200-page audit that sits in a folder and never gets implemented.
Technical or crawling issues that the team can see in the data but cannot clearly explain or prioritize.
They want a strategy built around their actual website and business, not a generic template adapted with their logo on it.
They have encountered something unusual, edge-case, or completely unexpected and need someone who has likely seen it before.
A site migration, penalty recovery, or major structural change is coming and they cannot afford to get it wrong.
What working with me looks like
Direct, honest, and built around your actual situation.
I started in SEO before "best practices" existed.
When I got into SEO, there were no playbooks. Everything was testing, observing, and building pattern recognition from thousands of real cases. That foundation is what separates how I think from someone who learned SEO from a course - or just prompting GPT.
I have worked in agencies for 14 years across businesses from every industry, from small local sites to large enterprise platforms with millions of monthly visits.
Beyond strategy, I also build automation workflows that handle reporting, monitoring and repetitive SEO processes at scale, so the work gets done faster, without losing quality.
SEO without the noise
I write about things that do not usually make it into mainstream SEO content. Not trends. Not hot takes. Articles that explain the "why" behind how things work, written for people who are past the basics and want to think more clearly about SEO.
Every article is written by me. No AI, no ghostwriting, no repurposed content. If something is worth publishing, it is because it adds something that is not already out there.
The goal is simple: raise the level of the conversation past "content is king", "SEO is dead", and "I built this with Claude in 10 minutes".
